Frequently Asked Questions

Lap not detected? — Ensure GPS is enabled and you're outdoors with a clear sky view.
Heart rate not showing? — Make sure Apple Watch is worn and HealthKit access is granted in Settings.
Sessions not syncing? — Keep iPhone and Watch nearby with Bluetooth enabled.
App crashes on launch? — Try restarting the app and ensure your iOS is up to date.
How to delete my account? — Go to Profile tab → scroll down → tap "Delete Account".

Privacy & Data

AKSYS LapTimer uses your GPS location, motion sensors, and Apple HealthKit (heart rate) to provide lap timing and session analysis. Your data is stored securely on Firebase and is never sold to third parties.
